Legal "STUFF"

Our philosophy is different from the lawyers'.  Although we'll have some similar looking legal agreements and policies, we hope they are written in a way that you actually don't need law school to understand.  We're all reasonable people, right?  If there is something somewhere in our policies you see that seems to be out of place, contact us.  We'll also give you a good warning when something IS lawyer speak.

We aren't in the business of making money off of people's information (remember?).  In fact, we capture minimal data about you - email address is about it.  That said, the app stores do require fairly formal policies.  WARNING:  lawyer speak when clicking here.

It stands for End User License Agreement - any clue how many you've agreed to in the past?  Have you ever read one?  WARNING:  lawyer speak.  Click on our EULA to read it.

These are general Ts and Cs as they might be called in business transactions.  They usually cover everything that the EULA or Privacy Policy don't.  You know the drill...WARNING:  lawyer speak.

Per our philosophy, your data is yours and you have a right to remove it from our app if and when you feel like it.  In our current iteration, this is a manual process.  Please send an email to us @ delete-me@buzzotter.com with the method and user you used to sign up with.  We'll respond to you as soon as it is completed.
